 Jason Casaus serves as the Commercial General Manager for Prestige Flooring, where he leads our commercial division with dedication and expertise. With a strong passion for building and nurturing long-term relationships, Jason works closely with contractors, restoration companies, realtors, investors, property managers, and commercial building managers to ensure their projects are seamless, efficient, and successful.

Jason's extensive industry knowledge, coupled with his commitment to exceptional service, makes him a trusted partner for clients across a wide range of commercial projects. Whether it's a small renovation or a large-scale transformation, he brings an individualized approach to every project, ensuring that all expectations are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.

 Mike is responsible for the overall relationship with our customers, focusing on delivering a consistent and exceptional customer experience. Passionate about customer satisfaction, he oversees the entire customer journey, from initial contact through post-purchase support.
Before joining his wife Deb as a managing partner, Mike spent over 30 years in various Chief Revenue Officer and CEO roles in the global technology industry. 

 Scott is our production manager for our larger custom projects, expertly guiding our installation crews through complex tasks that encompass moving walls, engineering design, concrete cutting, and electrical work. His leadership is characterized by an unwavering focus on every detail, ensuring that every aspect of a project is executed with precision. Scott is dedicated to customer satisfaction, actively listening to clients’ needs and visions. Scott has a strong faith, is active in his church, and was a board member, and a Football and Golf coach for Valley Christian High School. 

 Alyssa Voll is the cornerstone of our back-office operations.  With many years of expertise in the home flooring industry, Alyssa serves as the warm and professional first point of contact for our valued clients. She understands the entire journey of our customers, from selecting the right products to overseeing a seamless installation process. Alyssa’s dedication and knowledge ensure that every client receives exceptional service and support throughout their journey with Prestige Flooring.

 Kaylee is the creative force behind our marketing and 3D project rendering, bringing her vibrant energy and passion for design to every customer interaction. She thrives on transforming visions into stunning, life-like 3D renderings, helping clients see their dream spaces come to life before a single tile is laid. With a keen eye for detail and a flair for marketing, Kaylee ensures that our brand’s message is always fresh, engaging, and aligned with our commitment to excellence. Her enthusiasm for design and customer satisfaction shines through in every project she touches.
